Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our support team to ensure tracked delivery.
Pack Your Oven
Securely place the product in its original Ooni box and packaging to prevent damage during transit back to our warehouse.
Receive Your Refund
After our team inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
